Clown Drop-In Class - Sun 5/21/23

Clown Drop-in is for all skill levels. Newcomers welcome!  This drop-in provides a safe space to practice clowning and train in the art of ridiculousness. Skills learned are valuable for anyone looking to enhance their performance capabilities. This is not a typical red-nose clown workshop. The heart & soul of the work is rooted in vulnerability, authenticity, and connection – equally with your scene partners and the audience. You’ll learn how to find the comedy of the human experience from a place deeper within yourself.

This workshop will be led by local Denver clown performers, Alissa, Julianna, Anatasha, or Jacob. Each rotating instructor will bring their own facilitating style. Attendees can expect to explore movement/physicality, be in the moment, and participate in games and exercises that will help you learn that the funniest thing about you–is YOU!

Our theater will adhere to all CDC, City and State guidelines as they evolve. All sales are final and no refunds are permitted. Ticket price listed does not include service fee.
